Contact us directly here. Include in your message all the information you consider valuable for us to track the purchase. To facilitate this process, you can send us a screenshot or a photo of the payment receipt in which we can see the item purchased, the date of purchase, the value of the purchase and the transaction identification number, which usually has the following format: GPA.1234-5678-9123-45678.
As soon as we receive the information, we will take the necessary steps to ensure that the purchase is credited as soon as possible.

Since the App Store processes payments directly, and we do not have access to the purchase database, we recommend that you contact them directly to explain the situation so that they can help you resolve the issue.
